Hira Ovais, an architect & conservationist, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Dawood University of Engineering and Technology. Having done her bachelors and master’s both in architecture with her practical experience in the field of heritage and conservation, she has become a seasoned conservationist. She has been involved in many research projects among which research work with AKDN and ARCOP in collaboration of NED-UET are the major ones. She has also participated in international conferences arranged locally and contributed to various research journals. Currently, she is pursuing PhD studies at University of Torino, Italy in the program of Cultural Heritage.
