Feras Hammami
Feras Hammami is an urban policy analyst and Associate Professor of Conservation at the University of Gothenburg. His research focuses on the politicisation of cultural heritage in contexts of urban transformation, with particular attention to displacement, refugee camps, and the spatial politics of memory and governance under conditions of settler colonialism, conflict, and peacebuilding. His work engages closely with Palestine while contributing to broader debates on urban governance and social justice.
