Zongtian Guo is a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer at the University of Amsterdam, affiliated with the Healthcare-AI group. He earned his PhD in Geography from Trinity College Dublin. Zongtian’s interdisciplinary research lies at the intersection of digital governance, healthcare innovation, and urban transformation. His current project explores how artificial intelligence and digital technologies reshape healthcare governance and the moral landscapes of care in China and Norway. Using comparative ethnographic methods, he investigates how human–AI collaboration influences professional judgment, institutional trust, and public expectations of well-being. His broader interests encompass medical anthropology, ethical AI, and the socio-technical restructuring of public service systems.
