Line Bjerg, Ph.D., is head of Collections and Research at Malmö Museum since 2024. I’m a classical archaeologist, educated at Aarhus University, specialized in numismatics. I have previously been employed at the National Museum of Denmark specializing in treasure trove and monetary history and also worked at the Kungliga Myntkabinettet in Stockholm as an expert on medals and banking history. During my Ph.D. I participated in the international publication of the Hellenistic Lower City of the Greek Black Sea colony of Olbia and the cultural meetings of the Greek colonists and the Scythians.
