Jörgen Dahlqvist is a playwright, director, and Artistic Director of the performing arts collective Teatr Weimar since 2003. In recent years, he has worked at Helsingborg stadsteater, Dramaten and Örebro Teater. Dahlqvist has written and directed more than fifty performances for stage and radio and his productions have been invited for guest performances both in Sweden and internationally. He has worked as a teacher at the Malmö Theatre Academy for more than ten years and in 2021 became a PhD student in Artistic Research in Theatre.
