Ermina Hajdarevic graduated from her social work studies in January 2021 and has been working as social worker since. She initially began to work in Helamalmö as a trainee during her education in 2019 and joined the organisation as a youth leader right after graduating. As a youth leader in Helamalmö, she has contact with children and youth in socially vulnerable areas in Malmö on a daily basis. Together with other leaders, she plans and arranges different activities for children and young people in Nydala, an area situated in the east of Malmö. Alongside her employment with Helamalmö, Ermina also writes and produces her own music.
