Agustín Müller is an urban practitioner, researcher, and consultant working at the intersection of urban resilience, sustainability, and inclusive urban development. He holds an MSc in Global Development from the University of Copenhagen, where he researched how food delivery couriers navigate Copenhagen’s cycling infrastructure during platform-based work. Currently, he works at Safe and Sound Cities, an initiative of the Global Infrastructure Basel Foundation, and has previously partnered with cities and international organizations on urban resilience, sustainable development, and community-driven planning. Drawing on his professional background and lived experience as a former Wolt courier, his work examines how digital platforms are reshaping cities, mobility, and everyday urban inequalities.
